The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LARGE STAMP STUDIO, a brand operated by Pessoas & Gravuras Unip. Lda.

We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”), in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy [LINK].
If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing orders or creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other person.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATION

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products. However:

Colours and appearance may vary depending on screen, device or settings
Handmade, printed and engraved products may present minor variations

Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & CUSTOM PRODUCTS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Orders are only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors or incorrect pricing.

Business and Consumer Purchases

You may purchase our products for personal (B2C) or business (B2B) use.
Where purchases are made as a business, certain consumer protection rights (such as the right of withdrawal) may not apply.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy [LINK].

SECTION 4 – CUSTOM & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Most products sold by Large Stamp Studio are custom-made based on files, specifications or content provided by the customer.

The customer is solely responsible for:

The accuracy of submitted files
The legality and ownership of all content
Ensuring correct spelling, layout and sizing

Once production has started or a proof has been approved (where applicable), changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Customised products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, except in cases of defect or production error, in accordance with applicable EU law and our Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 – PRICES, TAXES & BILLING

Prices are shown in EUR and may change without notice.

VAT is calculated in accordance with applicable European Union VAT rules.

For EU business customers with a valid VAT number, intra-community VAT exemption may apply. In such cases, VAT may still appear at checkout for technical reasons but will be corrected to 0% on the final invoice, in accordance with EU VAT legislation.

The final VAT treatment is determined exclusively on the issued invoice.

The price charged is the amount confirmed at checkout. If a pricing or tax calculation error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

You agree to provide accurate billing information, including a valid VAT number where applicable, and authorise us to charge the selected payment method.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, force majeure or events beyond our control.

Risk and title:

For consumer purchases (B2C), risk passes upon delivery to the customer (or a third party designated by the customer), in accordance with EU consumer law.
For business purchases (B2B), risk may pass upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, videos and designs, is the property of Large Stamp Studio, its licensors or partners, and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit any content without prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 8 – CUSTOMER CONTENT & LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY

By submitting designs, logos, images or text for customisation, you declare that you own or are authorised to use such content.

Large Stamp Studio does not verify the legal validity of submitted content and assumes no responsibility for it.

We reserve the right to refuse production and/or report requests involving:

Counterfeiting
Official symbols or seals
Protected trademarks without authorisation
Any unlawful or suspicious use

Documentation may be requested for institutional or official content.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

[This section must not be removed or modified.]

Large Stamp Studio is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Large Stamp Studio.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Large Stamp Studio. You expressly release Shopify from all claims arising from purchases made through our store.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

SECTION 11 – DEFECTS, COMPLAINTS & LIABILITY

11.1 Defects & Complaints

To report any manufacturing defect or fault, the customer must contact info@largestampstudio.com and provide the following information:

Order number or invoice reference
Detailed description of the issue
Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect

Upon receipt of the complaint, our team will analyse the case and contact the customer with a proposed solution.

If the complaint is validated, Large Stamp Studio may, at its discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

Replacement of the product (if available)
Repair, when technically applicable
Refund of the product value

No complaint will be accepted without sufficient visual evidence or proof of purchase.

11.2 Product Compliance & Accuracy

All products sold on largestampstudio.com comply with applicable Portuguese and European Union legislation.

Product descriptions, images and specifications are presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, minor errors, typographical mistakes or visual differences may occur and do not constitute grounds for liability or compensation.

11.3 Product Use & External Factors

All manual-use products, including stamps, are tested prior to dispatch.

The final result obtained by the customer may be influenced by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Incorrect or improper use
Ink type or quality
Printing or stamping surface
Environmental conditions

Large Stamp Studio shall not be held responsible for results affected by such external factors.

11.4 Intellectual Property & Customer Content

The customer declares that all designs, images, logos or texts submitted for personalisation are their intellectual property or that they hold the necessary rights and authorisations.

All content reproduced on personalised products is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Large Stamp Studio does not verify the legal validity of submitted content but reserves the right to refuse production and/or report to the competent authorities any request that presents clear signs of:

Counterfeiting
Reproduction of official symbols or seals
Unauthorised use of protected trademarks
Any other illegal or unlawful use

In cases involving official institutions, logos or seals, Large Stamp Studio may request documentation proving authorisation prior to production.

11.5 Use of Product Images & Media

Large Stamp Studio may request permission to share images of personalised products on its website or social media channels.

If no response is received following such notification, permission is considered implicitly granted.
Customers may request removal of any published image at any time.

Personalised products may occasionally appear in public or digital content, including behind-the-scenes videos, live streams or third-party media coverage, without prior consent, and without implying any association, endorsement or responsibility.

11.6 Technical Limitations & Website Availability

Large Stamp Studio shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from:

System interruptions
Technical failures
Computer viruses
Network or platform downtime

that may temporarily prevent access to the website, ordering process or services.

SECTION 12 – USE OF PRODUCT IMAGES & MEDIA

We may request permission to share images of customised products on our website or social media.

If no response is received, permission is considered implicitly granted.
Removal may be requested at any time.

Products may occasionally appear in public or behind-the-scenes content without implying endorsement or association.

SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory legal warranties.

Except where required by law, products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees that results will meet subjective expectations, especially where outcomes depend on external factors such as ink, surfaces or usage.

SECTION 14 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Large Stamp Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

This limitation does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under EU consumer law.

SECTION 15 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, to distribute malicious code, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

We may terminate access to the Services at any time without notice.
All obligations incurred prior to termination remain enforceable.

SECTION 17 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.

If you are an EU consumer, your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
