Production Time

Most of our products are custom-made.

  • Standard production time: 4–6 business days after order confirmation and proof approval (when applicable)

  • Urgent production: 1 business day (when available)

Production cut-off time is 11:00 (CET).
Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

Please note: production time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping & Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours after production is completed, subject to carrier availability.

Shipments are primarily handled by DPD. In specific situations (remote areas, large or heavy packages, or logistical constraints), alternative carriers may be used.


Estimated Shipping Times (after dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination:

  • Portugal & Spain: 1–2 business days

  • Other European Union countries: 2–5 business days, depending on the destination country

Delivery times are not guaranteed.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Portugal

  • Spain

  • Other countries within the European Union

No customs duties apply to shipments within the EU.


Tracking & Delivery Attempts

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

If delivery cannot be completed due to absence at the delivery address, the carrier may:

  • Attempt a new delivery, or

  • Redirect the parcel to a pickup point

Delivery procedures may vary depending on the country and carrier.


Shipping Costs & Address Responsibility

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information may be charged to the customer.

In rare cases where shipping costs were incorrectly calculated (for example due to weight, volume or remote delivery areas), we reserve the right to contact the customer to adjust the shipping cost.
The customer may accept the adjustment or cancel the order for a full refund.


Delays & Responsibility

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, force majeure events or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

Responsibility for the shipment remains with us until the order is delivered to the customer (or to a person designated by the customer), in accordance with applicable European Union consumer law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delivery delays.
