Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with European Union consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of their decision by email before the withdrawal period expires.


Conditions for Returns

Returned products must comply with the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in good condition, unused and in their original packaging

  • All components included in the original shipment must be returned

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days from the date the customer informs us of the withdrawal decision

  • The return date is considered the date the parcel is handed over to the carrier


Custom & Personalised Products

Custom-made or personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU legislation.

Such products may only be returned or refunded if:

  • The product is defective, or

  • There is a clear production error attributable to us


Sale & Promotional Items

In the case of products purchased with a discount or promotional price, any refund will be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • If the return is due to a defect or production error confirmed by us, return shipping costs will be covered by us


Refunds

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we are informed of the withdrawal decision, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

If returned items are incomplete, damaged or not in acceptable condition, no refund will be issued and the product may be returned to the customer.


Defects, Manufacturing Errors & Complaints

To report a manufacturing defect or error, customers must contact us by email and provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect

Each case is analysed individually. If the complaint is validated, the customer may be offered, at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the product (if available)

  • Repair, when applicable

  • Refund of the product value
