• Production only starts after your approval

If your design cannot be reproduced as a stamp, we will contact you so you can choose between:

• a graphic adaptation of the artwork, or

• a full refund of your order

Please check the proof carefully, especially text size, spacing and proportions, which are particularly important on smaller stamps.

Production Time

• Custom production time: 4–6 business days after proof approval

• Shipping time is added separately and depends on the destination
